【規約目的について】
本規約は「carutonnage studio布とハコと」（以下本部）が開催する次の各連続講座の規約となります。
・「カルトナージュスタジオ布とハコとstart講座」
・「カルトナージュスタジオ布とハコとbasic講座」
・「カルトナージュスタジオ布とハコとadvance講座」
・「カルトナージュスタジオ布とハコと2級認定講師講座」
・「カルトナージュスタジオ布とハコと1級認定講師講座」
（以下、start講座・basic講座・advance講座・2級認定講師講座・1級認定講師講座）
海外に対応している講座は、上記の内、start講座・basic講座のみとなります。
本規約をご理解の上、ご受講をお願いいたします。
講座お申込みいただいた時点で、こちらの規約に同意いただいたものとさせていただきます。
【海外からの受講について】
本講座はオンラインでの受講となります。ご案内した動画にて制作を進めてください。
講座の説明および動画などすべて日本語のみの対応とさせていただきます。
日本語以外の対応はしていませんのでご了承ください。
受講期間においては質問など受講生専用LINEにて受付いたします。
ご質問の回答は原則としてご案内する専用サイトにてメンバーに共有して回答いたします。
完成作品などの写真も専用サイトにて掲載いたします。
受講生の皆様の作品や質問などを共有することでお互い良い刺激となると思います。
【海外へのキット発送について】
発送する国により個別講座代金と別に費用がかかります。
関税が発生した場合は受講生がご自身でご負担ください。
【国内と海外での講座内容の違いについて】
海外からの受講に関しては、講座のコースを限定しています。
start講座とbasic講座のみとなります。
追加キットの購入については、対応していませんのでご了承ください。
講座キットの発送は、海外へはまとめて一度に発送となります。
お道具の発送は、国によって送れないものもあるのでお道具はついていません。
カルトンカットのキットセットと、布セットのみとなります。
海外対応の手数料など含まれますので、国内での講座料金と異なります。
公式LINEより国内向けに発信している内容とは違いますので、
海外用の講座内容資料をよくお読みください。
【受講料について】
入金確認をもって正式に受講生とさせていただきます。
納入後の受講料は、ご返金できません。また、次の期に振替えることもできません。
動画を見なかった場合の振替授業や受講料の払い戻し、次の期への振替はいたしません。
分割でのお支払いの方について
何らかの理由にてクレジット決済でのお支払いが滞った場合、
分割残金の全額を銀行振り込み一括にてお支払いしていただきます。
その場合、残額お支払いが完了するまで、キット発送及び
動画配信、閲覧はストップさせていただきます。
【禁止事項】
本動画を受講生以外に見せることを禁じます。
SNSなどに講座動画の投稿を禁じます。
デザインを模倣して制作、販売、レッスンを禁じます。
【講座受講中及び修了後の注意事項】
いずれの講座受講においてもご自身の完成写真をSNSにあげることはできます。
SNS掲載時と販売時は「 cartonnage studio 布とハコとのキット使用」と記載してください。
Instagramなどに投稿する場合は下記の#および＠をつけてください。
Reポストなどさせていただきます。

【その他】
受講申込書にご記入いただきました氏名・住所・電話番号などは、日程の変更・休講などのお知らせに利用させていただくほか、講座やイベント等のご案内をお届けするために利用させていただくことがあります。
個人情報をご本人の同意がある場合を除き、第三者には提供いたしません。
受講にて任意で知り得た個人情報によるトラブルが発生した場合、当方では責務を負いません。

Cartonnage Studio Nunotohakoto Courses Terms and Conditions
(For Overseas Students)
[The Purpose of These Terms and Conditions]
These terms and conditions are applicable for the following courses offered by Cartonnage Studio Nunotohakoto (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").
・「Cartonnage Studio Nunotohakoto Start Course」
・「Cartonnage Studio Nunotohakoto Basic Course」
・「Cartonnage Studio Nunotohakoto Advance Course」
・「Cartonnage Studio Nunotohakoto Level 2 Certified Instructor Course」
・「Cartonnage Studio Nunotohakoto Level 1 Certified Instructor Course」
(Hereinafter referred to as "Start Course", ”Basic Course"," Advance Course", "Level 2 Certified Instructor Course" and "Level 1 Certified Instructor Course").
Start Course and Basic Course are the only courses available to students overseas.
Please make sure you understand these Terms and Conditions before taking the course. When you apply for the course, you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
[Regarding Participation From Overseas]
The courses will be offered online. Please watch the provided videos to work on your pieces.
Descriptions of the courses and contents of the videos will be in Japanese only.
Please note that we do not offer courses in languages other than Japanese.
While you are taking the course, you will be able to ask questions on LINE chat room dedicated to students.
Your questions will be answered on a dedicated website and will be shared with other members of the course.
Pictures of completed work will also be posted on the website.
We believe that sharing work and questions with other students will be a good motivation for everyone.
[Shipment of material kits to overseas]
There will be an additional shipping cost which varies by country in addition to the course fee.
Students are responsible for any customs duties incurred.
[Differences between Courses in Japan and Overseas]
Limited courses are offered overseas.
Start Course and Basic Course are the only courses available outside of Japan.
Please note that additional kits are not available to students from overseas.
All the course material kits will be shipped in one shipment.
The tools are not included in the kit since there may be items that cannot be shipped depending on the country.
We will be shipping the carton cut kits and fabric kits only.
Fees for courses in Japan and overseas are different since extra processing charges are included for overseas courses.
The contents of the overseas courses are different from the description sent to the domestic followers from the official LINE account. Please carefully read the description provided for overseas students.
[The Course Fee]
Your enrollment will be officially confirmed after we receive confirmation of the payment.
The course fee cannot be refunded after the payment nor be transferred to the next term.
Even if you do not watch any videos, the course fee cannot be refunded nor be transferred to the next term. We also can not offer make-up classes.
If you choose to pay in installments and the payment by credit card is delayed, you will be asked to pay the full balance of the installments by bank transfer.
In such cases, you will not be able to watch lesson videos until your payment is confirmed.
[Prohibited Matters]
It is prohibited to:
・Show lesson videos to anyone other than the course students,
・Post lesson videos on social media and
・Copy the design to create or sell the work or give lessons to other people.
[Cautionary Note for during and after Taking the Courses]
You may post pictures of your completed work on social media.
When you post your picture on social media or sell your work, please mention "cartonnagestudio布とハコと”(“Cartonnage Studio Nunotohakoto”).
When posting on social media such as Instagram, please add # and @ as below.
We may repost your content.

If you are taking the Start Course or Basic Course, you may not sell the work created during the course, give lessons or hold workshops.
[Notes]
Your name, address, and phone number that we receive when you apply for the course may be used to notify you of schedule changes, and class cancellations as well as to deliver information on courses, events, etc.
We will not disclose your personal information unless we have your consent.
We will not be held responsible for any trouble caused regarding your personal information obtained during the course.
